Channel grouping

In version 5.14.0 we're allowing grouping of certain channels. This is useful if the customer is having two or more brands as channels. When grouped, the framework won't render alternate routes for the brands not in this certain group.

There is also one more field available in the ChannelContext named selectedChannelGroup containing the channels for the selected channel group.
